Chocolate Confessions by Joan Freed

About the Show - Chocolate Confessions by Joan Freed

Do you know the amazing story behind the chocolate chip cookie? Or do you know how rivals HERSHEY'S and MARS came together to produce M&M's?

Chocolate Confessions is the deliciously funny one-woman musical comedy about love, life, and chocolate that answers these questions and more. The show has played to rave reviews and sold-out performances in more than 25 cities across the country.

Comedienne and songstress Joan Freed takes you through a world of comic confections as she assumes the role of chocolate shop owner Coco Bliss, as well as her mixed assortment of uproarious customers. Over a dozen characters are portrayed as they confide their stories and songs. With Broadway show tunes and pop song parodies, this hilarious musical comedy leaves audiences craving for more!

See why this show was held over for an astonishing 21 weeks at the Portland Art Museum's Commandery Theater, and played for another ten weeks at the Northwest's beautiful World Trade Center Theater. But please be advised: this show may contain nuts!

We are currently touring with the show. Please contact us at chocolateconfessions@gmail.com to book the show for your theater,
convention, fundraiser, or other special event.
